Requirements:  

Successful candidates will possess some previous bartending experience in a premium casual dining or night club environment and must bring a mature approach to service. Knowledge of Berg and POS system is an asset. Smart Serve certificate and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.

Description:

As a banquet server your role is to ensure maximum guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of service. As a banquet server your duties include but are not limited to the following:
Opening Function Duties (Set up)
Cocktail Service
Dinner Service
Closing Function Duties Tear Down, Bussing, Cleaning Duties

Requirements:   Applicants must be available to work weekend and holiday shifts
Experience preferred but will train qualified applicants
