Crew Manager
Duties but not limited to the following.
- Managing:
- Food Servers | Deckhands & Events.
- Scheduling:
- Food Servers | Deckhands.
- Upkeep:
- Ship’s interior decks, bathrooms, windows, galley, bars and open spaces.
- Ordering:
- Linens, Pop, Juice, bar cups, napkins, cleaning supplies, water, lemons, limes, dry goods.
- Event Outline:
- Setting up and tearing down floor plans for each event with possible Decor.
- Inventories:
- Maintaining product inventories such as Alcohol and Beer.
- Client Liaison:
- Prior to, during and immediately following event.
- Expectations:
- Ensuring that the boat is well maintained and is at its highest level of presentation at all times
Ensuring that the crew are fully advised of their duties and that each of them are in full clean uniform.
Ensuring that timelines with regards to food times are adhered to according to the planner.
Ensuring that customer experience is excellent at all times.
Operational Checklist must be followed for every cruise. - Deliveries:
- Ensuring that each delivery of goods is inspected, signed for and put away.
- Mandatory:
- Attend Safety Day Training & be available during bi-weekly safety training days held on the boat.
- Skills required:
- Smart Serve of Ontario.
Great communication, organization and very detailed approach is required.
Able to work with and motivate a crew of 20 or more.
Experience in a Catering environment if possible.
- Other:
- 45 day contract to start which may move into full time seasonal.

Food Servers | Deckhands

- Responsible for:
- Clean entire ship, set up, tear down, stock bars, and general maintenance duties.
- Deckhand duties:
- Learn to tie the lines, maintain safety procedures.
- Able to work:
- Ship’s interior decks, bathrooms, windows, galley, bars and open spaces.
- Report to:
- Days, evenings, weekends and on statutory holidays.
- Traits:
- Cruise Manager.
- Mandatory:
- Attend Safety Day Training and be present for bi-weekly safety training on the boat.
Smart Serve of Ontario.
In case of emergency the ability to Read & Speak English is mandatory.

- Food Serving & Customer Service are positive but we will train suitable candidates.
